Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Once the comment is approved it will become public and be visible to any third party visiting the website. We (zenofall.com and its owner) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of this information by third party
in such context. You disclose such information at your own risk.
Visitor comments are the only form of user generated content allowed on this website, and all visitor comments are moderated.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We receive your name and Email address when you contact us using our contact form. We assume that you using the contact form and clicking submit, implies your consent to share email and name with us, as this is how the contact form works. We keep this data for customer service purposes, and we may also use the data for communication for marketing purposes, by adding you to our mailchimp mailing list, from which you can choose to unsubscribe at any time.

Giveaways
All giveaways done through zenofall.com are non-binding for zenofall.com, and we reserve the right to do the giveaways at solely our discretion and on our terms, which include but are not limited to the below:
zenofall.com will decide the products to be given away, the condition in which they are given away and to who they are given away to. All giveaway products that are shipped will be final, no warranty, returns or replacements will be provided by zenofall.com.
If you are a user who is declared winner of a giveaway contest, we will ask you by one on one email to provide your mailing address, in order to mail you the giveaway product. At that time you may choose to provide the address at your own discretion and solely at your own risk. We will not share or disclose your mailing address with any third party, and it will solely be used to mail you the giveaway product.
